How do I scan a card?

Open the app and tap the scan button. Point your camera at the front of the card and hold steady. Collex will identify the card automatically within a few seconds.

Why is my scan limit reached?

Free accounts have a daily scan limit. Upgrading to a paid plan removes this restriction and unlocks unlimited scans.

The app didn't recognize my card. What should I do?

Make sure the card is well-lit, flat, and fully visible. Avoid glare from sleeves or foil surfaces. If the issue persists, contact us with the card name and set so we can investigate.

How are prices updated?

Prices are sourced from Cardmarket and updated daily. Values reflect current market listings and may vary from actual sale prices.

How do I delete my account?

Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the email address associated with your account. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.

Is my collection data backed up?

Yes. Your collection is stored securely in the cloud and synced automatically. You won't lose data if you change devices.
